October 21, 2025, Special Bushnell Twp Board meeting called to order at 6 pm at Bushnell Township Hall by Supervisor Mike Fitzgerald with pledge of allegiance.
Present: Treasurer Karron Bliss; Trustee Patrick Draper; Clerk Louise Belyou; Supervisor Mike Fitzgerald; Trustee Lori Daly;
Absent: None Also present: DTE Jeff Haines; DTE Atty Emily P; DTE Dorothy; Bushnell Atty Andy Gordon;
Motion by Draper, support by Daly to approve the agenda. Motion carried. Atty Andy Gordon led discussion regarding BATTERY ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEMS (BESS) ordinance.
Motion by Draper, support by Daly to table BESS until November 11, 2025, regular meeting. Approved.
PUBLIC COMMENT: reminded that ordinance is titled "Bushnell Battery Energy Storage Systems Ordinance"
Motion by Draper, support by Bliss to adjourn. Carried.
