September 12, 2023, Regular Bushnell Twp Board meeting called to order at 6 pm at Bushnell Township Hall by Supervisor Christopher Smith with pledge of allegiance.
Present: Roll call: Clerk Louise Belyou; Treasurer Karron Bliss; Trustee Patrick Draper; Trustee Mike Fitzgerald; Supervisor Christopher Smith; Absent: None Others: Laura Baker, Sexton; Dave Eberle, Att'y; (DTE Jeff Haines; Att'y Emily; Josh, with presentation)
Motion by Draper, support Fitzgerald to approve agenda with noted change. Carried.
Motion Fitzgerald, support Draper accept Sept.7, sp. mtg minutes as amended. Carried.
Motion Fitzgerald, support Draper to approve cks #5411–#5432 paid 6/23/23–7/25/23 = $19,835.48; and cks #5433-#5447 paid 7/26/23- 8/15/23 = $ 6,333.27;
for a total = $26,168.75. Motion carried.
Motion by Fitzgerald, support Draper to accept Treasurer's report with a $232,279.50 balance. Motion carried.

Motion Fitzgerald, support Draper to accept AMENDMENTS to SOLAR ORDINANCE 071123-1, and ADOPTION of SOLAR ORDINANCE 091223.

Motion Draper, support Fitzgerald to adopt RESOLUTION 091223-R ADOPTING THE APPLICATION FORM AND
ESTABLISHING THE APPLICATION FEE AND ESCROW DEPOSIT FOR
COMMERCIAL SOLAR ENERGY CONVERSION SYSTEMS.
Unanimously approved
DTE provided an informative demonstration of current state of properties with agreements to date.
